How the platform works
A walk through the Demo Company every account opens in: the product list, what applies to one product, its steps and evidence, the technical file and declaration, supplier requests and deadlines — in a minute and a half.

This is Conphora in use. Every account opens in the Demo Company: a complete, read-only example of the platform, so you can see the whole flow before you add your own products.
The product list shows where each product stands: two are compliant, several are half way, one is waiting for an answer, and one has not started.
Take the desk lamp. The compliance engine has checked it against the EU rules and found ten regulations that apply, with the steps they require.
Each step lists what is needed and what is in place. Here the testing step holds its reports, and the declaration step holds the issued EU declaration of conformity.
When the steps are done, the platform assembles the technical file: one index over every document, ready for an authority or a retailer.
Some evidence comes from suppliers. For the speaker, two requests are out; the supplier answers through a link, without an account, and the answer lands on the step.
Deadlines collect the reporting duties across every product, so a WEEE or packaging report is never a surprise.
